Quest text: The sector beneath the signal-house must be unsealed if we are to stop the Nullcaller — but only a binding rite will let the living pass where the dream has marked deletion. I need 4 lumps of Signal-Blessed Tallow — the burrowing salvagers hoard candles by the crate — and 6 Residual Essences from the unsleeping dead.
