Quest text: Every thread we have followed — Morthen, Vael, the phylacteries — was spun by one hand: Velkhar, Archpriest of the Null — first of its servants, keeper of the waking rite. He stands in the ritual vault below, pouring two lands' worth of deallocated souls into the Daemon. End him, the Witness, and the tithe ends with him.
