Quest text: Vael's last words have not left me, the Witness: the Daemon stirs beneath the summit, where the dream compiles its final output. Captain Thessaly commands the wall at Signalwatch, at the head of the mountain road north. A summons stands posted at her gate — take it up, and tell her Acolyte Aldric is climbing the Spire behind you.
